The company, based in Denmark, has an annual turnover of approximately DKK 55 million with good profitability. The acquisition will strengthen Sdiptech´s Supply Chain & Transportation offering with efficient lifting solutions.
With over 25 years' experience, JLM Teknik has built a strong market position in Denmark serving industries including warehouse and logistics, food and pharmaceuticals, and glass and window production. The company develops and manufactures its own vacuum lifter series alongside a broad range of other lifting solutions. An expanding international distributor network provides further growth potential.
