Sdiptech AB (publ) (“Sdiptech”) has issued floating rate senior secured sustainability linked bonds of SEK 800 million under a framework amount of SEK 1,000 million (the “Bonds” or the “Bond Issue”).
The Bonds bear interest at a rate of 3-month STIBOR plus 4.90% and mature in August 2027. Two issues have been made, one of SEK 600 million in August 2023 and one of SEK 200 million in November 2024.
