The company generates annual revenues of approximately GBP 7 million with good profitability. The acquisition strengthens Sdiptech’s offering within Supply Chain & Transportation.
A.U.T has established a leading position in the UK market for wheels and castors, serving a broad range of sectors including logistics, industrial, waste recycling and specialist engineering. The company sources and designs specialist wheels and castor solutions to meet the performance critical requirements of its customers, contributing significantly to the efficiency and safety of their operations.

Its technical design led solutions are key to meeting demanding industry requirements, reflected in the long-standing customer relationships”, says Daniel Unge, Head of business area Supply Chain & Transportation at Sdiptech.
