Get toknow Sdiptech’s new CEO – Anders Mattson

We are pleased to welcome Anders Mattson as the new CEO and President of Sdiptech AB.With a strong track record in international leadership and delivering profitable growth, Anders brings extensive experience from international industrial companies.

“To accelerate the delivery on the Company’s strategy, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Anders Mattson as the new CEO of Sdiptech. Anders has worked operationally and close to the business at Sdiptech since 2018 and successfully developed the Company’s largest business area,” says Jan Samuelson, Chairman of the Board.

To give youa quick introduction to Anders, we asked him three rapid-fire questions:

1. What areyou most excited about in your new role?
“I’m excited to work with such a diverse and talented group of business leaders across Sdiptech. The decentralised model creates an ideal environment for entrepreneurship and operational agility. I look forward to continue todevelop our operating model and strengthen our ability to grow as a group.

2. What will be your focus in the coming months?
“As I have worked in the company since 2018, I know most of the people, our strengths and challenges. My focus in the short term will be to set the direction for the coming 5 years together with a partly new management team. To have Bengt as the CFO and part of this future it is a great asset for Sdiptech. At the same time, it is important to continue to support our current business units and continue our M&A work.

3. How would your colleagues describe you as a leader?
“I’d hope they’d say I’m approachable, clear, and driven. I believe in setting direction together and enabling people to perform. I also care deeply about long-term value creation – not just growth, but smart, profitable growth built on a strong operational foundation.”
